Integral calculus can be used to find the area between two curves. In order to do this follow these steps
1) Find where the two curves intersect one another.
2) Determine which curve is the top and which curve is the bottom.
3) Subtract the bottom curve from the curve. (Top-bottom)
4) Integrate from the left intersection point to the right intersection point.
